Our story

Built by clinicians who were tired of fragmented care

FA Medicare Clinic was founded by Dr. Farhan Aziz after a decade of watching patients bounce between disconnected specialists, each missing the full picture. The clinic was designed around a simple idea: cardiology, neurology, orthopedics, pediatrics and five other specialties should share one patient record, one campus, and one standard of care.

Since then we've grown to 34 specialists and over 18,000 patients treated, while keeping the same commitment to same-week appointments and upfront pricing.
